Iron core: it is made of excellent cold-rolled crystal orientation silicon-steel sheet and adopts the fully-mitred hole-free binding structure. The iron core is in the multistage stepped shape and has three joints or five joints. Wound with a special device, the coiled iron core features low no-load loss and a low noise level, no joint and corner weight, low magnetic reluctance and low no-load loss. Amorphous alloy transformer core adopts excellent materials. Compared with traditional silicon-steel sheet, its no-load loss decreases by 72% and no-load current decreases by 50% on average.
Coil: the coil is made of excellent QQ polyvinyl acetal enamelled round copper wire, flat copper wire made through drawing oxygen-free copper rods or wound foil. There are many types of coils: drum coil, continuous coil, new-type spiral coil, split coil, etc. It features strong electric intensity, mechanical intensity and heat dissipation capability.
Fuel tank: the fuel tank is made of excellent steel plate through welding. There are elliptic fuel tanks and rectangular tanks. Heat dissipation is realized by using the plate radiator, expansion radiator or corrugated tank. Reliable seal test is performed for the fuel tank in the factory. After pickling and phosphating of the inside and the outside, three times of undercoating and one time of finishing coating is performed, so the product is beautiful and elegant can resist corrosion.
