1. Structural features
1. This product adopts the stereoscopic coiled iron core. After assembly and annealing, three phases of magnetic circuits are completely symmetrical, which significantly reduces the magnetic reluctance as well as the excitation current and the no-load loss.
2. The upper clamp and the lower clamp are of an integral structure to protect the whole iron core from the external force during manufacturing, transportation and installation, effectively compress and support the coil and improve the ability to resist the axial electric power of the transformer in the case of sudden short circuit.
3. The clamp of a profiled steel structure effectively inhibits oscillation of noise in the clamp, and then an ideal noise level of the transformer can be maintained.
4. The coil is encapsulated with epoxy resin. The coil conductor and the insulating layer of the resin form a complete rigid body that features strong mechanical intensity and the high ability to resist short circuit and high voltage. In addition, the whole coil conductor is encapsulated by the solid insulating layer of the epoxy resin, so dampness is hard to get into the coil, and the conductor is completely protected from kinds of hazardous gases and corrosive chemicals. Therefore, its dampness and dirt resistance performance is excellent.
