The amorphous alloy dry-type transformer adopts the iron core made of amorphous alloy strips that can significantly reduce the no-load and load loss. Structural features
1. The iron core is made of coiled amorphous alloy strips and adopts the rectangular cross section, four boxes and five columns.
2. The iron core is usually rectangular, and the corresponding high and low voltage coils are rectangular too. What's more, the loss of amorphous alloy will increase by 60% under the applied stress.
Therefore, the high voltage coil of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is usually a rigid structure of epoxy resin cast. The iron core is hung above the high voltage coil and do not bear stress.
3. The low voltage coil is foil coil made of wound copper foil. The high voltage coil is made of H-class high-intensity enameled wire. Using the glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin encapsulating structure, it can resist dampness and cracking.
4. Since the iron core is hung above the high voltage coil, the main stress-imposed elements of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer are the lower clamp and the high voltage coil. Tests have shown that the epoxy resin cast rigid structure of high voltage coil has very high mechanical intensity, so it can totally meet requirements.
5. A sound temperature protection and control system is configured to reliably guarantee the running of the transformer.
